AI is a uniquely fast-developing field. According to McKinsey’s Global Survey on AI, 71% of surveyed organizations already use generative AI (GenAI) in at least one business function, from generating text and images to writing computer code, creating video and audio content, and more.
For enterprises, however, the return on AI investments is still forthcoming. While many organizations like these believe that AI has seemingly limitless potential, more than 80% of respondents admitted that they aren’t seeing a tangible impact on enterprise-level earnings yet.
